RETURN POLICY:

All claims or returns must be made within 10 days from the date of the invoice.  We will accept returns of defective merchandise and on orders incorrectly shipped, embroidered or printed.  Because each order is custom designed and made, merchandise cannot be returned because of the customer's error in placing the order such as incorrect quantity, size, color or style number.  Prior to returning any merchandise, please call for authorization.

SHIPPING:

$12 will be charged on all embroidered orders shipped within the Continental U.S.  Shipments to other locations are shipped at customer’s expense.

SAMPLES:

We offer 1 free embroidered sample of most products to Principals or their designee.  Any additional samples will be billed at the 12pc price and invoiced with at net 15-day terms.  We do not offer samples of screen-printed merchandise but we will e-mail a representative image of screen-printed designs.

PRICING:

"12+ Pricing" Definition - Different styles of garment being embroidered with the same design can be combined to receive “12+” pricing.  Each particular will be priced at its 12+ price. 

PAYMENT:

Orders will be invoiced at the time of shipping.  All invoices are net 15 days.  Orders on accounts with past due balances will not be processed until account is current.  We accept checks from schools & school systems as well as debit & credit cards from Visa & Mastercard.  Returned checks will be charged $30.  Cash, debit or credit cards are accepted for C.O.D. orders.

PERSONALIZATION:

Garment can be personalized with names and/or titles.

PRODUCTION TIME:

Allow 2 weeks for delivery of most embroidered and screen printed apparel.  Tye-dye t-shirts can take up to 3 ½ weeks.

BACKORDERED ITEMS:

Backordered items are only invoiced when shipped.

RE-ORDERS:

Reorders of any quantity of embroidered garments may be placed at the same price of your initial order for the remainder of the current school year.  Screen-printed reorders will be priced at the same price as your original order with a minimum re-order of 25 pieces. 

TAX EXEMPTION:

Georgia schools may be exempt from sales tax if payment is made with a school check & you have provided a GA ST5 Tax Exemption form.

DO THE SHIRTS HAVE TO BE THE SAME COLOR?
NO! You may use different color shirts with the same imprint color.

MAY I CHANGE IMPRINT COLORS?
YES! There is an $10.00 color change charge each time the imprint color(s) change.

MAY I COMBINE DIFFERENT COLOR SHIRTS FOR

THE LOWEST PRICE?
YES! You may add all shirts together to get your lowest price.  Excluding Tye-Dyes.

MAY I COMBINE T-SHIRTS, SWEATSHIRTS & HOODIES

TO GET THE HIGHER QUANTITY PRICE BREAK?
YES!

MAY I USE MY OWN DESIGN?
YES! Send us your artwork idea and we will set it up for your approval.

WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?
There is no additional charge for screen print orders shipped within the Continental U.S.  Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or any other location are shipped at customer's expense.

WHEN DO I PAY FOR THE T-SHIRTS?
Payment is due within 15 days of receipt of shirts.

WHAT IS YOUR SALES TAX POLICY?

DO YOU SELL PROMOTIONAL ITEMS?
YES! We offer a full line of promotional and gift items.

Customers are billed whatever the actual freight is.  We do not mark up shipping charges.
